— LION'S ROAR presents —

Throughout history, people have sought the heights of human potential — to become as wise, strong, happy, and loving as any person can ever be.

Now, recent science is revealing how these remarkable ways of being are based on equally remarkable changes in our own nervous system, making them more attainable than ever before.

Dr. Rick Hanson offered a live workshop in 2022 in which he taught seven practices — informed by neuroscience — at the heart of the highest happiness.
Now, you can get lifetime access to all of the recordings.

Grounded in science and practical methods, this introductory workshop drew on the insights of some of the wisest people who ever lived, exploring how to:

  • Steady the Mind

so you are more mindful and stable instead of scattered and distracted

  • Warm the Heart

to cultivate compassion and kindness amidst conflict

  • Rest in Fullness

helping you stay calm, content, and confident

  • Become Whole

embracing all of yourself without shame or denial

  • Receive Nowness

so you can appreciate the present moment, letting go of worries or regrets

  • Open to Allness

to experience your life as a local expression of everything

  • Find Timelessness

so you can open to stillness and possibility

"It’s a great kindness, to feel safe, well-resourced and embraced in community; this training lead me to feel at home in these states of being. Once you know how to go home, you can find your way back there on your own. Thanks Rick, for showing me the way, and handing me a map."
