  • Is this a self-paced workshop, or do I need to watch it at a specific time?

    This is a live online workshop that will take place on September 10, 2022, from 9am-4pm Pacific Time.
    However, there will be recordings posted and you will have lifetime access to them when you register. Additionally, the recordings will be finely edited into an on-demand course and all participants of the workshop will have full, lifetime access to that version as well.

  • How does this differ from Rick Hanson's Neurodharma Online Course?

    This is an introductory workshop where Rick will be presenting the 7 steps of Neurodharma and offering a short practice for each one, all within 6 hours. (The workshop happens over 7 hours but includes breaks). Throughout the workshop there will be roughly 2 hours of teaching, 2 hours of guided meditation, and 2 hours of Q&A and discussion. In the Neurodharma online course, Rick dives deeper into each step with over TWENTY hours of video and audio content, offering multiple meditations for each step and expanded teachings on the science behind the practices. The content in this online course is best engaged over an 8-week period. If you choose to take the workshop, you will have the option to upgrade to the full Neurodharma online course at a very discounted rate - should you want to take the practices deeper.
